  • Overview

    The Customer Accounts Specialist position will provide a range of bookkeeping, clerical, and administrative services in support of the Customer Accounts Department. Ideal candidate will have experience in the use of Electronic Claim Billing/Follow up Software.

    • Good communication skills, and flexibility
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills 

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma
    • One year directly related work experience
    • A minimum of one year experience in Medical Accounts Receivable follow up
    • Primary care and/or FQHC billing required
    • CPC Preferred
