  • Overview

    To coordinate, supervise and maintain support to RCM (Revenue Cycle Mgmt.)/Customer Accts. department to ensure timely and accurate billing/reporting in regards to maximizing collections.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervision of assigned staff including PTO request, payroll, etc.
    • Complete month end closing, reports and analysis of data for trending issues
    • Establish operating procedures in assigned areas
    • Monitor and review charge issues and report to management for recommended resolution
    • Work with external vendors and third party payers to improve processes and resolve outstanding issues
    • Provide coverage for staff and Director as needed

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma
    • Once year directly related work experience preferred
    • Equipment skills:  PC/laptop, cell phone
    • Software skills:  Microsoft Excel, Work, Powerpoint, Office 365
    • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto. insurance (will travel locally)
