  • Overview

    The Call Center Operator-Scheduler will be responsible for answering the primary phone lines on behalf of the agency. Other duties include scheduling of appointments in multiple systems and providing a range of secretarial, clerical, and administrative services in support of Adult & Child's programs.

    • Answering phones in a timely and professional manner
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Administrative support duties as needed

    Qualifications

    • Completed high school diploma
    • At least one year of directly related work experience
