  • Overview

    The Maintenance Technician will perform regular and preventative maintenance for multiple Adult & Child Health facilities. Duties include:

    • Performing minor electrical maintenance including ballasts, light fixtures, exit lights adding and removing outlets and light switches 
    • Minor plumbing including fixture valve replacement, fixture replacement, seal replacement and unplugging stopped up drains 
    • Provide installation of hardware and casement including dry erase boards, mirrors, pictures, blinds, soap dispensers, door closures 
    • Repair cabinetry, doors, windows, locks, and other fixtures
    • Preform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
    • Make minor repair to HVAC system including VAV replacement and thermostat replacement
    • Assist in furniture moving
    • Drop off company vehicles for scheduled maintenance
    • Assemble office furniture
    • Maintain lawn and garden equipment
    • Complete small painting jobs
    • Perform other maintenance as required


    • Handles confidential information
    • Participates in any required trainings
    • Completes necessary documentations
    • Proficient with hand tools
    • Ability to work in hot or cold work conditions
    • Ability to assist other maintenance technicians as needed


    • High school diploma
    • Three years of previous maintenance experience
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • CPR certification (required to obtain within first 90 days of employment)
    • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurance
