    Working in collaboration with organization leadership and the Training Team, this position will strive every day to develop the knowledge and skills of training participants. In this role, you will use your passion for people, experience, and knowledge to train staff and community partners to provide excellent care to the clients and families that we serve.

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provides clinical supervision- By providing individual and/or group supervision to assigned staff and practicum students. Supervision is provided in a manner that is strengths-based, fits organizational values, and reflects knowledge and training in current evidenced based practices.
    • Ensure Positive Practicum Experience - By assessing and coordinating practicum placement. Evaluating the quality of the placement and communicating with agency leadership regarding strengths and needs of the placement.  
    • Provides Classroom Training - Uses adult learning methods to effectively teach and help staff and community partners develop the knowledge and skills to effectively perform their job duties.

    • Ensure positive client experience and best practices.

    • Develop training materials.
    • Other Administrative duties including but not limitd to:  documentation required by schools for student practicums, supervision attendance tracking, training attendance/certification tracking, etc.

     

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health related field

    • Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Driver’s license and valid auto insurance

    • Minimum 3 years directly related experience
