  • Overview

    We are currently seeking Licensed Therapists for Intake/Triage. This position will provide bio psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and links to resources for inpatients, outpatients, their families, and significant others. Working within a multidisciplinary context, this position will participate in professional meetings, maintain accurate and protected medical info, and provide reports as warranted for funding sources.  

     

    Maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice, including licensure in good standing, continuing education training, and familiarity with current evidenced-based practices will be key in this role.  

     

     

    Adult and Child licensed therapists are eligible for the following incentives:

     

    • *$3,000 Relocation Assistance
    • $1,000 in Staff Development Support per year
    • $3,000 Student Loan Repayment, 1st year/$1,000 per year after
    • 100% of National Professional Association Dues paid per year
    • 100% of State Professional Association Dues paid per year

    *1x assistance of up to $3,000 available to candidates living more than 45 miles away

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct confidential, quality biopsychosocial assessment to determine the appropriate level of care
    • Based on the assessments, make referrals to the most appropriate programs and agencies in an effort to help clients access the right level of care to best meet their treatment needs
    • Work closely with clients to engage them in the decision-making process and help them understand the benefits of accessing the appropriate level of care
    • Crisis Intervention

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree
    • Two years of clinical experience 
    • Must be a LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
    • Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
