  • Overview

    The Customer Accounts Specialist position will provide a range of bookkeeping, clerical, and administrative services in support of the Customer Accounts Department. Ideal candidate will have experience in the use of Electronic Claim Billing/Follow up Software.

    • Basic Microsoft Office skills 


    • High School diploma
    • One year directly related work experience
    • A minimum of one year experience in Medical Accounts Receivable follow up

    AR Follow-UP Rep Credible

                    Preferred > 5 years AR experience

                    Preferred billing and coding knowledge


    AR Follow-up Rep Athena

                    Preferred Certified Coder

                    Preffered FQHC knowledge
